Booking

For any non-cancellable, non-changeable and non-refundable offer, a €100 pre-authorisation is required on arrival. It must be made with a physical bank card and confirmed using the card’s PIN. Contactless payment is not accepted.

The pre-authorisation is released after departure, provided that no damage, smoking in the room or loss of keys has been recorded. Depending on the bank, it may take between 24 hours and one month to disappear from the account.

For a flexible offer paid at the hotel, a pre-authorisation equal to the first night’s stay, per room, is made.

Payment

The applicable payment terms are those stated in the offer selected at the time of booking.

No-show

If a booking is not honoured and has not been cancelled within the deadline stated in the offer, the first night will be charged to the bank card provided or invoiced.

Cancellation policy

The applicable cancellation and refund conditions are those stated in the offer selected at the time of booking.

Arrival and departure

Rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11am on the day of departure.

General provisions

Entering the required bank details and electronically accepting these general terms and any special conditions constitutes a contract between the parties and provides evidence of the booking and of the sums due.

The applicable general and special conditions express the parties’ entire obligations. If they conflict, the special conditions of the booked offer prevail for the obligation concerned.

If one or more provisions are declared invalid under a law, regulation or final court decision, the remaining provisions retain their full force and effect.

The authoritative language is French. If these terms are translated, the French version prevails in the event of a dispute or difficulty of interpretation.

Telephone marketing

Until 10 August 2026, consumers may register free of charge on the Bloctel telephone marketing opt-out list. From 11 August 2026, commercial telephone marketing is subject to the consumer’s prior consent, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.

After sending a written complaint to the hotel’s customer service, and if no satisfactory response is received within 60 days, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the French Tourism and Travel Mediator, provided that the hotel is still a member of the scheme:
