General terms and conditions of sale
Reservation
- If you have chosen a non-cancellable, non-modifiable, non-refundable rate a security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be processed within 7 days after your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, provided that no damage has been noted by the property.
Please note that this security deposit must be made using a physical bank card with PIN entry. Contactless payment is not accepted.
This deposit may be used in case of smoking, damage to the property, or loss of keys.
Please also note that the deposit may appear as a charge on your account. If this is the case, once it is cancelled—provided no damage, smoking, or loss of keys has been identified—the charge will disappear. Depending on your bank and account, even after we have processed the cancellation on our side, this may take anywhere from 24 hours up to one month.
- If you choose to pay on site with a flexible rate, a pre-authorization for the amount of the first night, per room, will be made.
Regulations
Payment for the stay must be made on arrival.
No-Show
In the event of no-show or cancelling of a reservation, the first night of the reservation will be charged to the credit card or an invoice will be sent for payment.
Cancellation conditions
Any cancellation must be made in writing (letter, fax or e-mail) 24 hours before the arrival date.
In the event of departure during the stay after 12 noon, we are entitled to invoice the following night.
The cancellation policy is 24 hours. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel will charge the credit card for the first night’s stay.
Arrival time
Rooms are rented from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day.
